I think you’re right — the only place I’ve been able to find the full text of the pamphlet is on Berkowitz’s website. I also wish someone would bring Callen’s memoir, Surviving AIDS, back into print with an introduction situating it in historical context and discussing developments since his death (maybe I should?).
